Hey folks, writer/CM Mike here.
Today is my last day at Cryptic Studios, and I want to say a special thank you to the Champions community. This is Cryptic's Little Game That Could, and I will forever be proud of the little bit of a hand I got in shaping the Champions story. For everyone who played the Serial Stories, enjoyed the new event alerts, or laughed at the hundreds of character backstories I've written, thank you. This community is strong, and passionate, and I'll miss getting to interact with you. I'll see you tonight at the costume contest, but after that, don't be a stranger.

I was definitely a fan of the serial stories and the use of the game's lore you and the team employed for them!

I want to give my sincerest thanks to everything that you and this past development team did to keep this game going.
My fondest memories will be those of watching your streams of playing the campaign and reading all of the writing you've done for what you put in the game.
We've had our laughs a lot for many goofs with stuff involving News posts and seeing your reactions to many absurd designs players came up with Costume Contests.
I'll still have ever slight disappointments knowing that I never got to interview with you, or having just come up 2nd place for your own exclusive contest to design your avatar; but I will cherish knowing you at least got to see and appreciate them.
Greater sadness still that many of your future plans for the game will now never get to see the light or be altered for DECA's vision.
I don't know if this game would still be alive without your support, but thank you, to Kiri, and to anyone else who've all been affected by this.
Where ever you go next, I'll be on the lookout for whatever you make next. So long, space cowboy. Live long, and prosper.

it's been a lot of fun to have you around. Weaving in moments of levity between the dangers of trying to save the day isn't just a Kamen Rider staple, it's also indicative of your writing for Champions.
Seeing you embrace Champions Online with all its quirks every other Friday on Twitch has been a blast, and I'll honestly miss hearing you praise costumes and sing about "Butts!" after Developer Costume Contests.
Thank you for your work on Champions, and I wish you all the best and good luck to wherever it is you'll boldly go.
