Vala's Light doesn't assist allies when Select auto target on attack is OFF

Trying to use Vala's Light on a FF Medical Beam because Gadgets were given no AOE direct heals,
only to realize Vala's Light doesn't prioritize allies while "Select auto target on attack" is OFF
It's only used on you on activation!
Probably this broke all the way back during the Sorcery Revamp when Vala got updated with reduced cooldown and charged time
For those who are reading this and don't know!
One of the most optimized way to play healer in end game is setting the
This will allow you to target an enemy, and activating your healing powers on allies (Target of Target) without having to switch target, eliminating the switch target delay-lag making the healing instant (if the target doesn't target anyone, it will be used on the nearest ally)
For example Target Kiga and use a Life Drain power, and using Iniquity will target automatically Kiga's target (the tank)
This can work the other way around, you can target an ally, and use attacks on their targets without switching
This also works with Shields
