Inconsistently high ping values sometimes when transferring to a new map

For a few months now, sometimes when I change maps, I will be stuck with high latency until I change maps again. Screenshots below show some examples of how my ping can vary when quickly transferring between Qliphothic Warzone, Until Headquarters, and Millennium City, with all screenshots taken within a 5 minute period.
