So got another 2 builds I wish to try out thanks to the new powers that came out, the first build will be quite similar to Gadgeteering DPS Build I had already made but with some key power changes.
The 2nd build is up to date version of my old Wendigo Build but also a new one to go along with it, so two builds in one, hopefully that is not confusing.
Lasers Build:
This build will have a heavy focus on everything Lasers with some other minor powers to make sure the build is viable and useful, so I've gone for the new Eye Lasers, Chest Beam as my two Laser powers but I do not know what Single-Target DMG, I can grab for this build. After that I have Electro Magnet and Radiation Poisoning to upkeep Plasma Burn and to effect MSA/Technological Poweress and I have Bionic Shielding as a possbile power so I can keep myself protected and others (and mostly for MSA)
So the last 2 powers as ? I don't know to pick, but the rest are the basic Heal/AD/Self Rez, etc

So this is the updated version of my older build, I ditched Frenzy in favor for Dragon Kick cuz I really dislike how Frenzy can be used without any targets, it messes up with my muscle memory. However if I need another AoE to proc bleed, please go ahead and suggest one.

Now another version of this build is more of a Blood Mage/Wendigo, so a copy and paste of the same build but differ powers, hance why I only will post the power section here:
So I have Pestilence/Will-o'-the-Wisp and Cruse to help with the theme of spreading "toxic blood" and I have Violent Roar with it's adv for even more dps and to help spread Bleed around. I was going to have Bite in the build but it does consume my Bleeds, so I don't think that'll be wise. I did put in the Ult as well but ditched a Self-Rez in favor for such (I shuold be fine without one)
Also I can go for Endorphin Rush over Conviction if need be. Also if the Ult not works out I may go and pick Howl or Call To Battle for the extra DPS or Shielding, not sure yet. (I want this build to be more of a much more blood thirsty version)

Although Bionic Shielding (and Conviction) can be good for MSA, ideally a dps build shouldn't normally be using a non-dmg power for MSA like that. Since you have many Radiation effects (like PBurn, Burn Through, and Disintegrate) I may just get Unified Theory as the EU, since it'll be easier to proc than MSA (scales w/ End, which you also have SS'd). You also prob won't need Radiation Poisoning either then, though Electro Magnet can still be handy for AoE utility. I may also just use Concentration as the toggle/form here, since it can be easier to proc than the new toggle/forms, but it's up to you.

For the 2nd build, your reason for ditching Frenzy for Dragon Kick is strange, since Dragon Kick can also be used w/o a target. Dragon Kick also won't proc AotB or Supernatural Power, so it's not really a good fit here (also, Rush's duration scales w/ Focus stacks from MA toggle/forms, which you aren't using here). I may just go back to Frenzy as it is a fitting and easy-to-use melee AoE, but you can always try Venom Breath, Epidemic, or Lacerating Cyclone (w/ Vortex adv) instead, since they still work with the toggle/form and EU (though Epidemic and Cyclone can also be used w/o a target, and Epidemic is also quite expensive now). Most of the rest of the build seems okay.

For the 3rd build, I don't think there's much worth in getting the new AO w/ the Bleed adv when its uptime is low, and it can be pretty easy to apply/spread bleeds as is with AoEs that bleed (Frenzy, Lacerating Cyclone, or even Shred's own cleave) and/or with half-charges of Bite w/ the Rabies adv. Also, Bite will only consume debuffs if you fully charge it, which you don't have to do if you don't want that effect, but Bite is also optional for bleeds here since you have other potential sources of Bleeds you could pick from. The Ult is okay if you really want it for the theme, but it's a Ranged Ult so it won't be as potent on a melee build. I also prob wouldn't get normal ranks on the Wisp (ranks only buff its upfront dmg, which isn't worth much).
I will admit that I'm not that clear on what you're going for w/ this version of the build, though, so I'm not quite sure on how to refine it and/or how to try to differentiate it from the 2nd build. If you want it to be a 'toxic' Bestial build (for example) then you could keep the Wisp + Curse combo and add Venom Breath, Vicious Cyclone (w/ Vortex), or Frenzy (w/ the Poison claws adv) for AoE, and still keep Shred and Massacre for single-target.

I've gone ahead and replaced MSA with Unified Theory (forgot that existed lol), I will keep in Technological Poweress however, I will also put Chest Beam to Rank 3 as suggested and placed in Avenger, so a pure DPS setup. I put in Bad Sector R3 (or with its Adv) but unsure of the last power, but I'll see what I can do.

Yeah, I am really bad at trying to explain things but I guess I can try lol, for builds that are melee I gotten used to the lock on target effect when it requires a target and then holding down a non-target power (such as Dragon Kick) for a AoE burst, rather then tapping the power during fighting but yes I ended up going for Lacerating Cyclone /w Vortex since its a power I can hold down and a spinning chain of death seems kinda cool.
As for the 3rd build yes a little confusing I am sorry but the build is as you said it is: 'toxic' Bestial build to keep Wisp + Curse, etc.

For the 2nd build: The Cyclone AoE is fine. It won't deal much dmg alone, but w/ the Vortex adv it can rope-in enemies in a wide area, and then it's also easier to cleave them down w/ Shred.
For the 3rd build: I'd prob keep Venom Breath here (or a similar non-cd wide AoE)- unless you just wanted to rely heavily on Shred's cleave, but that's also less thematic and makes it more similar to the other build. But yeah, w/ Venom Breath's stun adv you don't really need Curse's AoE stun (unless you also wanted to get its self-heal adv, but Vile Lariat can also supply that adv for less energy and give you a potential knock option). Wisp's poisoning also won't be as needed, but you can still use it for long-range tagging and the Illum + Ghost Fire advs (and it will also soften up its primary target for more Toxic dmg, at least). I prob would avoid Howl (or CtB), since you already have a build w/ Howl that utilizes it better (w/ Moonstruck), but it's up to you.

1st build: So I've added Analyze Weakness over any other ranks and for my non-cd AoE, I've the choice of Rocket Punch or Sonic Boom Generator, porb will go with SBG due to I don't think crushing is part of the Passive.

3rd build: So I do plan on keepin Wisp and Cruse, but for the nomral AoE I got two choices: Venomous Breath /w Infectious Bile or go back to Bite /w Rabies.
VB /w it's adv I can have it set up where I used Cruse or Shred to spread Bleed and have VB to have a higher chance of Toxic (Or) I can go back with Bite and use it to Spread Toxin when I used Wisp or Cruse (or any power, due to my passive) to spread it even more while healing me on single targets. (on top of my nomral heal power)

I may stick w/ Venom Breath in the 3rd build, since Bite isn't technically an AoE- it just can spread DoTs in AoE (and you have to build them up on the Bite target first, and even then the DoTs won't deal much dmg on their own).

Yup, I went ahead and put PBurn adv (Reactor) on Electro Magnet to proc Unified Theory, since I do plan on keepin SBG, I also swapped a adv around on Radiation Poisoning so it stacks more PBurn, rather than the AoE thing and it works so much better.
Yup after swappin and testin I found that Venom Breath is much easier to use and fits way better, however what I did do tho is drop Wisp and went for CtB due to the shield and quick heal it gives is very handy for both to keep myself alive longer and a quick painc button if I need to do a quick heal and block (or attack due to the protection).
It won't porc any EU or anything, but its handy non the less and I got 2 methods of spreading Toxin (on top of my passive) so it shuold be fine
