Supergroup leadership?

If i made a SG with one character, but then said character leaves the SG, can the SG operate normally with the people still in it? or are there some things only the founder can do? can i transfer leadership and all will be fine and dandy?

    I'm pretty sure that at least one player is promoted to the top position. What I'm not sure of is, if say 3 players are at equal rank when you leave, does just one get promoted. Because, everyone can be leader tagged.

    Also, you can promote any and all players to Leader before you leave. It's not like some games where there can be only one leader.
