As it presently stands the only means of getting OV tokens takes roughly two weeks of grinding the limited amount of activities to get one piece of Onslaught Gear. This is assuming the player is running "Onslaught: Playing the Villain" and "Onslaught: Playing Both Sides" regularly (Roughly 2k tokens every five days)
One thought I had was just including another daily mission that gives you maybe another 200 OV tokens a day. (Bringing you to about 9 days per-piece of gear instead of 14)
Another thought someone else had brought up towards this was just replacing Guardian Tokens with OV tokens, since Guardian tokens are MOSTLY superfluous. (a couple of costume pieces and inexpensive auras) and you'd be getting roughly 600 tokens a day (or more if OV's are plentiful, thus bringing you to at most 8 days if you're only doing the dailies/playing both sides worth to get tokens)

Thing is this doesn't REMOVE the grind. Infact it gives you more to grind per day while removing what's basically a painful timegate for people trying to gear one toon. With the examples I gave you're still grinding for about 24-27 days to fully gear one toon. as opposed to the 42 days (or 6 weeks) it takes now.
