"Special slots" don't have a way to change from AT to FF and viceversa

There's an issue regarding the conversion of Special Gold Slot Archetype (AT) characters to Freeform (FF) characters.
If you want to convert an AT that is in a special FF slot, you find out there's no retrain button on the UI, effectively forcing players to delete their existing character if they wish to create a Freeform character in its place.
Currently if you have a "special" freeform slot, it can be made into a FF or an AT
But using this slot to make ATs is a huge mistake if you think about converting that AT into a FF later on, because there actually is no button to do so, effectively forcing players to delete their existing character if they wish to create a Freeform character in its place.
One should expect there be an option that makes it so you can change the AT to another AT OR FF
Retraining your character into a different AT or a FF should be an option in this window if the slot is a SPECIAL SLOT
This bug significantly impacts a player's experience as it results in a player losing progress and considerable time investment from leveling, or even a loss of resources and money if the player had purchased level up packs instead, from their only option being to delete the character and start anew. It should not be seen as a fault of the player as there is no notice anywhere that a Special freeform slot cannot be retrained. It is not even reasonable to assume that a Special freeform slot cannot be retrained as Gold and Silver slots both have options to be retrained.
In addition, a problem can arise if a player decides to buy a retrain token with the expectation to be able to retrain their Special slot character. Retrain tokens cost 1,375 zen which is a considerable price and that purchase would end up as unusable and a waste of the player's money with Special slots having no option to be retrained.
