Now that M.I crisis requires 5 players to run it, sometimes it gets hard to find a group.
Maybe add some incetive to replay it.
-A PDV
-Some unique auras or cosrume parts
-Some mods that dont drop anywhere else (like the Ripper's Rage, Brute Force, or others that dont drop commonly)

The majority of the content I play has some form of reward potential, such as tokens or an actual unique item in the drops list. However, this majority that I play is a minority of the content. As there is no longer an incentive to do much of the older content, lairs, adventure packs, etc.
Just one example is an early Canada mission arch that awarded a minor, but then useful item: Redstone Tech. This was one of the first items that gave you a Perception-debuff piercing item (it is actually GEAR and not a device). Which was useful because of certain various NPCs in the area that could go invisible, and this allowed you to "see" them. It wasn't something that you used all of the time, but in some latter areas, lairs, adventure packs, it was useful to have slotted.
But, fun, occasionally useful items such as this were removed from the potential or guaranteed rewards of a great deal of the content in this game. Hence, in my opinion, why much of the content is greatly ignored by most players.
Solution? For me, if I can get a guaranteed few tokens from "content" so that I may eventually purchase a sought-after item in the drop table, then I'd probably farm ... uh ... play that content more often.
