Ultimate Pillar of Poz has inherit access to the Commanding Presence debuff by default, without having the need on Challenge! on the base Pillar of Poz!

Meaning a Magic DPS who uses the Ulti.PVD for the Magic-Damage Boost, will build massive aggro on the Boss
