Fireball's Charging Attack ADV was update to apply 20% the the power's damage as Electric Damage with its existing Negative Ions appliance
How about we get update on the Melee Clinging Flames ADVs for Reaper's Caress (Fiery Blade) and One Hundred Hands (Flaming Fists) to also get 20% of their damage as FIRE when you purchase that adv
So you dont only get access to CF but also actually DEAL FIRE MELEE DAMAGE
One Hundred Hands ESPECIALLY is getting dragged really badly with sacrificing another 2 points adv for CF (while complety losing access to CHI FLAME) when you have to use it to apply Demolish as well
