[BUG] Two Perks not unlocking.

Hello,

I've had an issue where I can't unlock the following perks - Open Mission: Asciing for Trouble. I've done the open mission on multiple characters too.





I also can't unlock 'Quality Control' You have defeated an entire shipment of MechEnforcers!. I've cleared the argent mine that's filled with MechEnforcer parts and done it multiple times but the perk won't unlock. There's also no way to check the progress of it in the perk list.
