Bugged cats

I haven't touched the cats in Westside since the first day of the event. none of them have reset. I am now completely unable to save any cats. every cat location in MC has failed to reset.

    still haven't reset. there are no more savable cats in MC, and I'm missing out on store currency because of it.

    it took 18 days, but they finally reset today.

    If they were honeybadgers they would have reset much more quickly for you. Never had this as an issue this year myself. But with 100 characters it was much quicker for me to do tons of the destroy the plans missions anyway.
