Cosmic Cat

I submitted for GM Help in regards to two situations on my toon Dragon Wolf, one resolved through waiting actual time (bought Primal Cave via Anniversary Favor, didn't get until waiting till the next morning,) the other they can not help me with, which is that I rescued the Cosmic Cat and yet I did not receive the action figure that accompanies rescuing the Cosmic Cat.

I beseech the powers that be, give me my Sparkly Kitty

Cosmic Cat is rewarded for completing the Cosmic cat perk (which requires completing all the weekly cat perks).

Is there a specific section of the Perk List I can see inwhichupon I would see all the Cat perks?

The Anniversary section in the perk list.

The only challenge with these cat perks is that Cosmic Cat has 4 subsidiary perks to unlock it. Three of them are separately listed, with their requirements. One of the 4, "Hang in There" is not separately listed on the anniversary perk list, so the requirements are unknown. The adjacent perk, "Cosmic Kitten" literally has "???" for the listed requirement. Please, what is the requirement for "Hang in There"?

Requires you to complete the cat missions during week 3 of the Anniversary. It will show in the perks window if you were logged in during that week.
