Quick question; are these resistance debuffs personal or shared amongst all players attacking the target? The icons are all on the target so…

I just tested Penetrating Strikes and Expose Weakness. Looks like these debuffs are shared. This will be very interesting in building your characters for DPS.

CORRECTION: Expose Weakness is personal, my testing partner forgot to mention he had EW. But Pen Strikes is shared and as a bonus learned Wither is shared and is in fact a 10% resistance debuff (tooltip description was sketchy.)

Testing w/ pets on the Regen dummy to confirm, but Expose Weakness is for you only, and the others are general debuffs that can also help allies. Their spec tooltips can hint if they're personal debuffs or not if they reference specifically your attacks being affected, or use more general terminology (ex. Expose Weakness mentions 'to your attacks' and is personal, same thing w/ Guardian's Find the Mark debuff only affecting your ranged attack's crit chance, Rend doesn't specify being only for your attacks and is shared, etc.)
