Event Purchase, no show

Bought a hideout in event shop, 30 minutes ago, still do not have access to it, even after relaunching the client 3 times, Im sure its a sync issue since it takes roughly 15minutes of game play for the perks to pop up (sync). Really wish you all would fix some of these issues.
