"Fixed an issue where purchased Anniversary titles did not automatically grant the title."

The "We Like to Party" Title item I had consumed properly to unlock the title, but it still shows I can purchase it in the vendor. However, the "Still Standing" Title can be purchased and it does not unlock the title. I do not have the perk either.

Update: So the Still Standing perk is not an "Anniversary", but an "Event" category perk. So of course it isn't working properly.

The Sidekick favor can be obtained up to 3 times on your account every 20 hours.

In-game, it appears to be only twice, based on testing from myself and two friends and from the in-game tooltip.

Edit: Testing today shows that it's quite possible that my friends can't count, as two other people have definitively gotten three.

Also, since it's the week of "Attend to the City's Needs", I figure it's worth asking: why are the anniversary heirlooms character bound when, as I understand it, the whole point of "heirloom" pieces is that they can be passed down from character to character like an heirloom? Especially given the levels at which players are likely doing some of the content required for the mission.

Every event so far that has made the currency accountwide has been 3 sidekick tokens a day. That must be a typo.

That has been a problem since day one and they don't intend to fix the name or the items, even though the other half of the heirloom set is accountbound.

Why does completing Serpent Lantern not count For Attend when the Attend mission description says that it does?

I agree, it would seem that they should be account bound. They are Heirloom Pieces.
