Level Up! transform is not showing

I acquired the Level Up! transformation, used it on my "Aphrodite@Klytus-Soothsayer" avatar, and it never appeared in my powers as a transformation option. I changed maps and sat online for well over 30 minutes without using my travel powers.

Please advise.

    It's likely that your build is invalid (red power icon on your minimap). Let me know if that's not the case.

    Same here, and my build is valid. My girlfriend has the same issue on her character.

    And now, I have two other characters on my account (@klytus_soothsayer) in addition to Aphrodite who are NOT showing the power after opening boxes for it: Alison Chains and Klytus.

    Another two for the same issue. My characters gained the account perk, but no sign of the transform in the tailor on alts with the perk. Another friend has also been having issues with the item on their characters (They reported it via in-game, I believe.)

    After I unlocked the Level Up! transform on 10 characters, it *finally* worked! Of course, I had to have each of my toons hang out online for about 5 minutes or so before I saw the "Announcement" that I had the Perk. Once I saw that, the Level Up! power appeared with all the other transformations.

    Same issue here. No invalid build. Relogged and been hours in-game after consuming the item. Shows "Not Usable" now when hovering over another Level Up! Transformation item, but not showing up in the tailor.

    "unlocked" on 10 characters, completed the Level up Perk, waited with the character that unlocked the 10th transformation, got a message that the transformation was unlocked - but it is not.
    It seems the Level up Perk solution doesn't work for everyone :/

    After continueing to play, it showed up for me today. Either takes some hours or today's patch fixed it. Either way, happy to have it now.
