No tooltip when hovering over stats in character stat window

No tooltip displays anymore for what you gain from the stats when you mouse over your stats. Like when you hover over Constitution, it should show how much maximum HP you gain, but nothing happens instead.

    Yeah can't see tooltips anymore on those.

    I never noticed the visual flair to which stat is your primary and which are your secondaries.
