My Retrain token does not apply to Silver AT

I am LTS and so can have freeforms, but I accidentally made a Silver AT without knowing I can't convert. I read the description of the Retrain Token in the Zen store and bought it believing I can Retrain the Silver as Gold. But I can't, I go to account screen and I can retrain all my Freeforms who have 6 retcons each instead.

Waste of Zen and I need a fix.
