Looking to form a new RP SG

Recently returned to the game after a very long break and I'm looking for a few super heroes to form a new SG with. The basic theme would be a JL/Avengers style group. I'd like to start out a small with just a few heroes and then eventually expand. Some things that I would like to do is run RP patrols in Millennium city, partake in the various open missions, and general team up doing lairs, adventure packs and missions. Isn't this what the majority of RP SGs tend to be be anyway? I'm not dismissing your theme in the slightest, as it's ironically refreshing to see someone wanting to create an SG that calls back to the golden age of superheroes, and less to the dark and depressing side of some of the more modern interpretations (although I'll say I do like more serious stuff too, even in my superheroes).

I'm always interested in RP! The idea of RP patrols is awesome, NGL, and doing adventure packs and missions would also be great, especially as they seldom have time limits. I'm not personally one for the more end-game stuff (which is why my characters aren't what I'd call 'effective', but are more aimed at having power sets that reflect them on an RP level. Still, the one I just finished yesterday evening for Defender Training has no home, and was a very consistent threat-holding tank, and during the entire process, only fell to a Grab Alert boss once, and that was against Cairngorn Stoneblood - his damage reflection ability is brutal, and completely negates life-draining heal abilities!

So yes, I would be interesting in joining an RP SG. I have *(counts fingers)* over a hundred characters, and few are attached to SGs anymore – it's been a long time, and SGs come and go – so I can fulfill multiple magic, tank, munitions, off-healer, and other roles, and love to stretch my RP chops in both social and dramatic RP.
