I don't notice any eye beam power on the Fissile AT, but I guess you mean the new Eye Laser power in Laser Sword? You could just make it a normal Might build, but adding the Eye Lasers as a long-ranged attack and/or pulling power. Unfortunately, Eye Lasers don't work that well w/ Might (mostly due to the lack of a knock, and w/ Might not really benefiting from PBurn or Disintegrate), but you can just leave them as a situational power instead of a regular_rotational one:
Outside of Eye Lasers, the build functions as a plain Might dps build. For single-targets, you can charged Demolish to apply/refresh its debuff, while using charged Haymaker as your main attack. Shockwave can be the main AoE, while Defense Combo can also cleave when up-close (and/or be used for when you want to play more defensively w/ its dmg shield). I would normally take Beatdown (or Uppercut) for Might dps builds, but I went w/ Defense Combo here since its animation seems more fitting, and it still has some potential use. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Rec and Con.
You could also make it a Hybrid-dps or a dual-passive build, if you want to use something like Invuln as the passive instead.
Yea, you can get the stun, if you want to use it for a bit more CC (in addition to Might's knocks) - though keep in mind that you have to fully charge Eye Lasers for the stun adv to work.
If you are truly going for THEME = Superman, then:
1. Hurl. ranged knock. very short cooldown. procs Enrage. If you care about Demolish, get the 2 advantages for it and spare yourself Demolish the power. Otherwise, I suggest the AoE advantage and keep Demolish the power.
2. Frost Breath. Can be "instead of Shockwave". ranged AoE and w/ shield adv it makes you more durable while maintaining it.
