It's obvious it was support that made it so I can select level 2, but when are you going to pay someone to fix the travel power (Now that I'm ranked 2, I can't select rank 3)?

Look I know you all are still making money on the title or it would have been closed down by now. Just an Idea make a complete list of verified bugs in the game, pay a coder to come in and fix it, then get rid of them so you can continue to be cheap begging for money on a worn-out title.

Well, it's not clear how much money the game actually makes, or how much of that money stays available for CO development or is funneled to other properties. Reportedly, Defender's Training program did not happen for a very long time because they did not have someone to create new emotes. That should be a clue about how fraught the finances are. Lack of resources is also why we don't see new power sets, new zones or new content.
