Will not allow me to upgrade Hover Disk, says I need to purchase rank 2 to upgrade but it's rank 2 I'm trying to purchase.
A couple of little notes for you all, if you are going to force people to report their bugs on the Forums why don't you actually read the forums... Companies do things like this when they are too cheap to hire support and want to give the illusion that the problem will be addressed.
No Rules were broken no player feedback is required, this means shut up and do your jobs.
I have been dealing with Cryptic for a very long time and it's rarely ever they fix anything (this is the reason for the aggravation), so please keep your comments to yourselves.

Hover Disk
Hover disk is missing "Requires level 20" for Rank 2 and "Requires level 40" for Rank 3 power descriptions which ends up confusing players like dpglerch.
