Ok so my post got deleted and I was given no reason for the deletion so here we go again.
I looked on PTS the other day and saw that some mods were Bind on Pick-up now. And I am just wondering if this is an intended change or an actual 'oopsie daisy' bug that was made. I am -hoping- that this is just a bug because if it isn't, there is likely going to be a very large issue that follows up with this change.
