Forced Full Retcon

came back to the game after about a 2 year hiatus. went to powerhouse to swap out a travel power only to discover that my only option is a full retcon? why? i am happy with my current build. i do not need a full retcon, but am unable to do anything else, at all.

    Just use the retcon and rebuild the character as it was before. Sometimes powers are reassigned to different tiers and they can't be taken at lower levels anymore. That is most likely the issue. Just need to jigger the powers.

    Happened to me as well for a few alts.

    The system was changed and you need to rebuild as some of your powers may not be working right.
