Terms of Service has been updated. Players will get a new terms of service popup upon initial login.

• Fixed an issue where Ultimate Havoc Stomp would still put regular Havoc Stomp on cooldown.
• Fixed an issue where Become devices were not working.

Why do we have to have this arbitration policy forced upon us? I'm glad we're given the opportunity to opt out, but there was similar backlash on discord because of this 'arbitration' issue.
