As the title of this topic said, it's just ideas for PVDs for Munitions.
A little disclaimer: most of these are made with flavor in mind. Some people might be tempted to make builds using them, and it's fine, but flavor was my main priority.

Dual Pistols
For Dual Pistols, I figured that alternate ammo would be the way to go. AP rounds are already covered through Burst Shot and Holdout Shot's Frail Armor advantage.
Hi-Ex Shot
- PVD for: Holdout Shot
- Single target
- Deals Piercing and Fire Damage
- Damage increased if the target's below 25%, instakills henchmen/villain-rank enemies
Incendiary Round
- PVD for: Burst Shot
- Sphere AoE (5 targets max)
- Deals Fire Damage
- Applies Clinging Flames
Riot Round Burst
- PVD for: Bullet Hail
- Cone AoE (5 targets max)
- Deals Crushing Damage
- Repels or knockback foes

Military Weapons
Military Weapons are a different horse altogether as technology marched on. Things like full-auto shotguns, grenade launchers, and such.
Automatic Shotgun
- PVD for: Assault Rifle
- Cone AoE, 50 ft range
- Deals Piercing Damage
- Knockbacks targets, odds dependant on who's the main target
Flashbang
- PVD for: Smoke Grenade
- Sphere AoE
- Deals Sonic Damage, then stuns
ARGENT River Grenade Launcher
- PVD for: Shotgun Blast
- Sphere AoE, 50 ft
- Crushing/Fire damage, knockdown
