Viper investment in Stein Nest (Desert)

Found these guys chilling by the tower in the Stein Viper Nest in the Desert zone. My guess is a broken spawn or despawn trigger.

    Just noticed my cursor was on screen. My character points to where they were congregating, not my cursor. Sorry about that.
