Bug: Ultimate Chest Beam not counted as Technology power

I just noticed this little oddity while filling slots on another character I need to kit in gear and devices. Specifically? Ultimate Chest Beam seems to not be tagged as a Technology power, unlike normal Chest Beam which correctly is. Seen below:

Seen: Targeting Computer slotted on left, not slotted on right. Regular R3 Chest Beam's tooltip shows higher damage than Ultimate Chest Beam's while TC is slotted, but lower damage while TC is not slotted, which is what tipped me off in the first place.
The fact that the forums refuse to tell you how close you are to the character/post size limit until you attempt to post something that happens to be too big- and the automated spam filter will immediately completely lock you out of posting long-term if you attempt to post or edit posts too close to the character limit- is genuine agony.

    What I think is odd is that it permanently has the Point Blank advantage. Meaning you have to be in melee range to maximize this powers' output.
