Head and Head piece resizing

The costue creator can resize body parts. Why are there addditional pieces that resize With the head when they are not part of it. this keeps us from bing able to reize our head, arms, or other body parts when the attachments don't fit properly.

this is why I made the previous suggestion to allow use to adjust each attachment seperately.
