Make Tailor Static Stance a Selection

Let's have the static stance from the tailor as another selection for character stances.

Of course, more idle stances than that would be great to have, but that one would be a good start.

Looking back it seems this is one of those things people have been basically begging for since 2011 and we still don't have it. Unless there's some weird thing about this stance interacting with movement animations I can't imagine why we don't have this yet. Regardless, I add my voice to the endless many that have been wanting this for at least a good 13 years now.

Edit to add onto my thought: I want it primarily because, at least for females, it looks way more "average" than the "average" one does. Maybe it's just me but "average" looks so unusual and even kinda uncomfortable. Almost like someone going out of their way to act normal.
