Just travel powers without any special visual effects.

Like Teleporting without any glowing effect where you just instantly vanish and then, after moving, instantly reappear somewhere else (instead of slowly becoming visible again).

Or superspeed without the streaks behind you, or breaking ground beneath you. You just run fast.

Better, minimalist travel powers with Aura slots linked to them. The existing TPs would have default Auras preloaded that provide their existing visual effects; but the player would be free to swap those out or remove them entirely.
