Missing Materials for Foxbatcon Handlebar Mustache unlock

As stated, the Handlebar Mustache does not unlock all of the stated materials when unlocked, at least in my case. I had previously unlocked the facial hair pack when it was available in the Z-Store and had the Cloth, Leather, Metal, Ghost, Glass, Holoforce, Ice, Psionic, Quicksilver, and Shadow materials previously available to select prior to unlocking the Handlebar Mustache this year in the Foxbatcon store. I expected to add the Brushed Metal, Fire, and Sparkles materials to my options but they remain the same as before I unlocked it.
