Demolish no longer crits

I first noticed it back in November. Even with a 100% critical chance, Demolish will not crit. I know it used to be anle to crit, and the power description doesn’t say that it can’t, so I think this must be a bug. Either that or the power was intentionally changed to no longer be able to crit, and the description and tooltip were never updated to match.

    As of today's patch, this should have been fixed!
