Request: A Nightwing + Voodoo DPS Build?

Happy 2024, builders! Here's my latest crazy idea: A Nightwing-like character who happens to know Voodoo! Rain of Steel and Blade Tempest are obviously my favorite abilities, but other than that I have no real frame of reference other that he knows a few martial arts skills (optional!) and voodoo. The open power slots can be w/e ya want.

For AoE, it can mainly use Dragon Kick and Blade Tempest's cleave. For single-targets, Blade Tempest can apply/refresh Shredded, while charged DK can supply Rush, and DW is your main attack otherwise. Curse and the voodoo block were added for concept, but you can use the former as an AoE stun and/or as another self-heal source (also took a magic-based lunge for the theme). Brawler spec could also be taken instead of Warden, if you want a more dps-focused spec. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Rec and Con (and some cost discount on gear).
