Scarlet Scarab Horns 2 cannot be selected by male avatars
The Top Accessory section is supposed to be able to select these horns at will, and while it does appear for female avatars, it is completely absent for male avatars. Unlike other tailoring bugs before it, the piece cannot be found under the unlocked search section either, making it totally unavailable to male avatars without having the head itself applied and using the attachment segment.
As I don't have Scarlet Scarab Helmet 1, I can't say if it's the same for that.
