Mindslayer's Hair DROP Doesn't have a Glowing Beam Orb to fit its Rarity - It's just a regular gold exclamation mark
So if you are in a hurry, you may ignore it complety
Which is odd, because it's the newest Loot addition, yet it's still using the standards gold exclamation mark like it's a rank 4 mod
Same thing happened when it got Drop from TOP 10 alert during anniversary!
