New/orange Cosmic gear not listed in the Open Missions Rewards Display NPC

Simple problem, simple fix; the new orange Cosmic gear (Strike/Ambition/Presence/Wonder) are not listed anywhere in the Open Missions Rewards Display NPC. Came across this when trying (and failing because I don't recall what the patch notes said about them back when they were added) to answer someone's question on where what pieces drop- or if all of them drop from all Cosmics- and could not get a concrete/correct answer to respond with from the OM display NPC.
The fact that the forums refuse to tell you how close you are to the character/post size limit until you attempt to post something that happens to be too big- and the automated spam filter will immediately completely lock you out of posting long-term if you attempt to post or edit posts too close to the character limit- is genuine agony.
