Moonstruck's "Midnight Frenzy" adv bugged; not functioning

This occurs even on a completely blank character (see: level 40 hybrid, no superstats or specs, no active toggleform, no slotted passive, just any rank of Moonstruck with the "Midnight Frenzy" advantage. Specifically, Midnight Frenzy is supposed to provide a ramping shield effect to its user while standing within its area of effect, scaling up from roughly 330 points to roughly 3300 points before expiring, similar to other advs that provide a buff listed as "Barrier" (see: Wall of Bullets, the Barrier of which is procced differently but ultimately works the same.) However, Midnight Frenzy's Barrier applies ~330 points of shielding twice (instead of going up from ~330 to ~660) and then instantly expires (instead of ramping up to ~3300 over the next few seconds and THEN expiring as it's meant to.) This... seems very, very buggy, as well as very useless, and directly contradicts the adv's tooltip.

Midnight Frenzy requires the use of Howl before the shield takes effect.​​
