Hopefully these two devices don't get forgotten and left off next year though, like some other junk (I'm looking at you, Nephilim primaries from TT and gold shinies/costume drops from Mandragalore) has been.
The fact that the forums refuse to tell you how close you are to the character/post size limit until you attempt to post something that happens to be too big- and the automated spam filter will immediately completely lock you out of posting long-term if you attempt to post or edit posts too close to the character limit- is genuine agony.

You wanna be a little more transparent about the fact you just straight up changed (or more accurately, nerfed) Concentration/Chilled Form? It used to trigger if you half-charged or halfway maintained a power, now it does neither, which has completely blown out its use for Ranged tanks at Cosmics. The fact there isn't even a free retcon for that demonstrates a lack of understanding on how much that actually changes for certain builds.
This change ideally should be reverted or simply given back the ability to work off half-charge/maintains.
For real, the full charge requirement breaks most ranged tank FF builds, giving ego scaling ranged tanks no viable form (unless toxic). Please please make it so it works at half charges like it already was.
Changing Conc/Chill toggles to full maintain only is a substantial change, when boss attacks hit at the frequency that they do. Many charges also exceed that timing window. It's effectively unstackable for most ranged tanks in most scenarios this way, because Dino/Ape/Black Fang/Therakiel walk up to you and Kiga/Vlad have limited working space.
Further, sometimes Concentration now simply will not refresh at short range on a full maintain. I spent 3 minutes unloading full 2 Gun Mojos into a dummy at point blank and never got a refresh, it was stuck at 0 stacks. On outdoor content, it was randomly not refreshing at short range on full attacks either.
Whatever happened to this power, it's borked. Please revert it to its original form, warts and all; it may have been slightly buggy before, but it worked the vast majority of the time on all encounters.
Wait, what's the deal with the nerf to Concentration and Chilled? Proccing stacks/refresh on half-charge and half-maintain was a vital part of keeping stacks up when being forced to block constantly while up close to an enemy (which basically all melee bosses force on tanks by virtue of knockspam or chasing down, all Cosmics (+ Eidolon) by virtue of being Cosmics (and Eidolon,) and CERTAIN bosses (I'm looking at you, Black Fang + Vladic Dracul and Vikorin) force on ALL players by virtue of room-wide knockspam or mechanics punishing players for being more than 15'-20' away.)
This is bad for the QoL of ranged tanks in general, and effectively all ranged DPSes when facing down certain bosses.

Yooooooo seriously? Revert the concentration changes. I appreciate the alleged bug fixing but, Concentration proc'd stacks were always up to -half- the maintain or -half- the charge.

We've a soft confirmation that there's issues with the current implementation - but even if these are corrected to be consistent (a stack after a full charge/full maintain), that does not take away from the fact it's lead to considerable changes in play style.
Given the current Cosmic fights e.a. the changes today make it plausible for stacks to drop off entirely. I would imagine this is undesirable. For comparison, such a thing would not happen with MA's Form of the Tiger, a Melee Form which operates under the old rule of half-charge.

Ok. Can I please ask why Concentration and Chilled form now requires full maintains or charges? This changes the power dynamic for quite a few builds. Some builds actually require that energy half-way through the toggle/maintain in order to keep energy up while chewing through it.
This was an unneeded change, please put it back the way it was.
