Bloodmoon
  • Added Pumpkin Patch monster to Trick or Treaters.
  • Added Cold Burst device as a possible drop from Nimbus.
  • Added Telekinetic Disarray device as a possible drop from Crusher.
  • Added Fist of Defiance device as a possible drop from Johnny Hercules.
  • Added Blight Touch, Toxic Blades and Venom Shock to the pts store.



Costumes
  • Added TK Lance as a weapon skin for TK Blades.



Powers
  • Fixed a bug where Ego Weaponry wasn't affected by mods.
  • Fixed a bug where Redirected Force wasn't triggering form stacks.
  • Fixed a bug where Rank 2 of Protection Field wasn't triggering shield open mission scores.


Concentration/Chilled Form
  • Fixed a bug where Concentration wasn't triggering reliably with powers that were not a maintain or charge.
  • Updated the description of Concentration to be more clear about trigger conditions.
  • Fixed an issue where Concentration wasn't triggering properly when fully charging a power.


Power Variant Devices
Blight Touch
  • Scales off of Telekinetic Lance and Ego Blade Annihilation.
  • Deals ranged or melee toxic damage based on range you are to the target.
  • Device will trigger the cooldown effect if you use the the version of the device that you do not own the scaling power of.
  • Expires all deadly poison stacks and deals damage for each one expired.
  • Applies Viral if the target is affected by Debilitating Poison.


Toxic Blades
  • Scales off of Ego Weaponry
  • Deals aoe toxic damage.
  • Chance to apply Deadly Poison.
  • Refreshes Deadly Poison on the last hit.


Venom Shock
  • Scales off of Ego Blade Breach
  • Deals toxic damage.
  • Applies Debilitating Poison on full charge.
  • Refreshes Debilitating Poison on tap.



Devices
  • Cold Burst
  • Single target Cold damage.
  • Applies Chilled and hard Frost to target.
  • 60 second cooldown.


Telekinetic Disarray
  • Deals aoe Ego damage.
  • Chance to apply Disorient.
  • Applies Stress to primary target after the first damage tick.
  • 60 second cooldown.



Fist of Defiance
  • Deals aoe crushing damage.
  • Knocks Up primary target.
  • Applies Demolish to primary target.
  • Knocks down secondary targets.

    really hype for new lance PVD but it appears to have several bugs that prevent its use, i own TK lance and yet when trying to use the PVD from ranged i get a "must have target message" it does allow me to use the PVD in melee range but not from range. if i tap the normal tk lance power after using it in melee range it also sets the PVD to a long CD. really great PVD but these bugs absolutely must be fixed before live release. if worse comes to worse it may be better to make 2 seperate PVD's for the ranged/melee variant.

    to add on to my previous post, it also feels as if this PVD is not correctly benefiting from ranged/melee role bonus

    Bug: Blight Touch currently cannot be used at any range further than roughly 25ft from the target, despite the tooltip showing a 100ft range.

    As mentioned above, going further than the ~25ft range results in the "Must have a Target" error message being shown.

    dunno if she hotfixed it but i dont get that error

    Added Portal of Darkness to the pts store.


    Powers
    • Fixed an issue where Planar Fracture and Endbringer's Grasp damage and power cost were not taking into account their required charge times.


    Devices
    Portal of Darkness
    • Deals Toxic damage in a area effect and applies Fear to nearby targets for up to 20 seconds.
    • Creates up to 1 Zombie every 2 second ons defeated targets for 30 seconds. 10 max.
    • 120 second recharge.

    Bug: Venom Shock is classified as a Ranged power

    This was tested through tooltip damage readouts and the fact that fully charged Venom Shock will trigger a new stack of Concentration, but not Form of the Tiger. Clearly this is not a Ranged power so I sincerely hope it's not intended.

    I love all of the new stuff and the Pumpkin Patch monster is another cute addition. 5 stars for the Portal of Darkness visuals and effects. Even the zombie I resurrected looked like a new zombie costume.

    Will the new PVDs have perks associated with them? Or are they just drops?

    It'd be nice if they were 150g+300s recog for the purples and 250g+500s recog for the gold PVD, plus relevant perks. One of the things that deters me from playing fully geared characters is a lack of things to spend recog on besides mods.
