Energy builder will not toggle. (resolved)

I would rather not give character specifics on an open forum.
Please see ticket #977022, it has been marked "closed" even though the issue is unresolved.
I was advised to post here, because it is apparently a "new isolated bug"

The basic problem is on a Savage AT character the Bestial Fury energy builder will not toggle on, after converting to gold status.
Every other energy builder on the account works normally, including Bestial Fury on a FF character based on the Predator AT

I tried everything I could think of to resolve the Issue myself, before submitting a ticket.
Including a full retcon, twice, and total reset of key binds.

I hold the energy builder key down to get it to work at present. Eventually I will try a full retrain at a later date.
If nothing works to fix the issue, I will delete the character, and start over. I didn't want to do this because the character was created in 2011,
and I am fond of it.

Could it be you changed it in the options, most options are character bound basically.

There is one where you can change energy builder:
- Toggle, change cancels
- Toggle, never cancels
- Toggle, non-combat cancels
- Maintain

Look in options under Controls, Auto Attack, the lowest option in the Controls menu.

Thank you Ansemthedark. yes that was the issue.
The Cryptic GM staff helped me find and fix the problem.
Thank you Zeon and Zildross for all your help.

This was not a bug or game issue, just clumsy old me accidently changing a game setting.
Thanks again to everyone who helped.
