Lagging With Recent Update

Hi. So I have never had problems as far as gameplay on Champions Online. This one is new for me. After the Blood Moon update on 10/19/2023, I started experiencing lag and chopiness in the game. I've tried turning down video settings and even made sure it was the only thing on.

Please help/advise/etc.? I would like to get a few undead heroes under my belt, but i got nothing so far in terms of self-help fixing on the issue.

Issue's fixed. Apparently was Steam trying to do some serious updates and failing at other games.
