[Medusa's Onslaught] Loosing OV stacks with 10 Seconds Left..

Medusa's Onslaught Gloves, tend to loose stacks on certain cosmic's. Such as Kiga (The Demon of the Devouring Cold OM) And Eidolon (Eidolon of Destruction OM)
Steps to reproduce: Just pick a slow combo power that takes quiet a while to finish combo, or even fast ones, like Viper's Fangs. Engage in combat with a large group at Eidolon, (might also work at Worm Wrecker). Watch your OV buff build up. Then during random chances in the fight, your OV buff are wiped even though your stack had displayed between 10 to 5 seconds left, and you are left with a mind numbing time of building the OV buff back up to 9. - Is it intended that some bosses wipe your OV buff? If so this makes Combo Gloves non-competitive.
If the cause is lag of the server not registering the Combo Refresh and adding another stack. Perhaps, it might be better to simply have it count down stacks like it does for bleed and poison stacks, instead of wiping the entire OV Medusa Onslaught Stack?

This has been happening (very frequently) to me as well.

Also, it seems that 10 seconds is too short a time for this buff. Even if you fix this stack falloff bug, the stacks will be unreliable at OMs due to hits not registering.

It seems to be due to how much is going on in a particular encounter...the more shite going on, the less likely it is to register like the code is having difficulty just, existing. Kiga from what I've been told happens most frequently in regards to cosmics. Tako, stacks don't seem to exist at all. Not sure why they decided to go with -another- stack system over a static buff for equipment. Encounters already have enough issues with dropping debuffs randomly. And it doesn't seem to be limited to Medusa, but all of the gloves as well as cosmic strike.
