PVP suggestion/request

Currently trying to establish a fight club style pvp community (face to face fighting without running away) and the issue of knocks being random is constantly becoming a issue. is there any possible way a second duel option could be added where all knock back is converted to knock down? or simply a duel option that disables them entirely. either one would work.
