Respec bought before gold for Freeform to use when Gold doesn't work at all.

I have a Freeform character, which was my first, before going Gold, where I made a mistake and picked an Archtype. Then I saw the Respec in the Zen store that says I can go from Freeform to Archtype and vice-versa, so I was hoping to undo my mistake, but that only will work when Gold. Well, I did go Gold during the Anniversary sale and I clicked on the character and the Respec means is unavailable, on both Freeform characters, it simply doesn't show anything.

I put a ticket in and they told me to do this. So how to I un-Archtype my Freeform with the Respec I bought while not Gold?
