Qularr Toxic Rifle has insane Deadly Poison application chance now?

Take a quick look at that tooltip. In the powerhouse, and I can confirm that it is in fact applying with every single tick as the tooltip would suggest, but... what in the world. "1,510% chance every hit" I would love for this to be natural/not a bug but there's no way this is natural. If I recall correctly, R3 application chance was 30% every hit, and this is on a character running R3. This build specifically, and on Live, to preempt the "what's your exact build?" question.



(Low-key I'm greedy though, can the Qularr Toxic Rifle get an application chance buff? This is INCREDIBLY nice to play with. Though if anything needs an application chance buff, I suppose it'd be Pulp Fiction Ray Gun instead. Only 15% at R3, which is actual pain. Entirely irrelevant to the bug report though.)
The fact that the forums refuse to tell you how close you are to the character/post size limit until you attempt to post something that happens to be too big- and the automated spam filter will immediately completely lock you out of posting long-term if you attempt to post or edit posts too close to the character limit- is genuine agony.
