Power color change device

How about a device that could alter the color of all your powers, to white ( Really bright pale color glowing or just bright white) , black (really dark version of the color or total black), and rainbow ( the power is shooting a rainbow blast of colors, or maybe like with bullets the flashes are a spectrum of colors or the trails like a rainbow streak) .
