can't log in

as the title suggest, launcher is fine, but when i enter the game, it's stuck in "connecting to the account server" for a while until it gives up and says "connection to server timed out"

is the whole server under surprised maintenance? i was absent the whole day. or is it just me?
but it can't be, I've got incredibly good connection.
