Auras should Be Account Bound

So I had only 144 Patriot points to spend so I got an Aura to put in my base for another character. But it is bound to my character. Guess I wasted points.

    Yep. Players have long advocated that all auras be bound to account, but Devs apparently don't want that, though without ever explaining why.​​
